Rain and Thunderstorms Across Ukraine - Weather Forecast for Today.

The weather forecast for Saturday, July 19, has been announced by meteorologists. The day will be cloudy with clearings. Significant rain is expected in Zhytomyr, Rivne, Volyn, and Kharkiv regions. Most of the southern regions will be dry. Thunderstorms are predicted in the eastern, southeast, and Sumy regions, with occasional hail and gusts of 15-20 m/s.

Today, the wind will be from the west and southwest at a speed of 7-12 m/s. The temperature at night was +13...+18 °C, in the southeastern part – +17...+22 °C. During the day, the western, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, and Vinnytsia regions will have +19...+24 °C, while the rest of the territory will be +23...+28 °C, and in the southeast – up to +32 °C.

In the Kyiv region and Kyiv, cloudy weather with rain is forecasted. The wind will blow from the southwest at a speed of 7-12 m/s. The temperature in the region at night was +13...+18 °C, and during the day is expected to be +19...+24 °C. In Kyiv, at night it's +15...+17 °C, and during the day +22...+24 °C.

According to forecaster Natalia Didenko, thunderstorms are most likely today in the west and north. She also mentions that rain may occur in the center and eastern part at night. The southern part will belong to a dry air mass.
