The Head of Oschadbank received the highest salary
The chairman of the state-owned Oschadbank received the highest salary among his colleagues in the financial institution. In June 2025, he was paid 1 million hryvnias and a bonus of 4.2 million hryvnias (before tax).
The information about the salary of the head of Oschadbank was released by the bank itself in the report on the remuneration of the management board members.

According to the report, the salary for the management of Oschadbank approached one million hryvnias. Four deputy chairmen received 800 thousand hryvnias each for June. Payments for another three managers ranged from 785.5 thousand hryvnias to 950 thousand hryvnias.

In addition, four deputies and two members of the bank's board received a 'variable remuneration for 2024 in the amount of 40%, according to the decision of the supervisory board.' The amount of these payments ranged from 1 million hryvnias to 1.6 million hryvnias after taxes.

According to information on the bank's website, the board consists of eight people:
- Sergiy Naumov - chairman of the board;
- Yevhen Drachko-Yermolenko - deputy chairman of the board, responsible for operational activities;
- Anton Tyutyun - deputy chairman of the board, responsible for retail business;
- Oleg Strynzha - deputy chairman of the board, responsible for finance;
- Arsen Miliutin - deputy chairman of the board, responsible for working with NPL;
- Yuriy Kation - deputy chairman of the board, responsible for corporate business;
- Darya Onyshchenko - board member, responsible for risk management (chief risk manager);
- Nataliya Butkova-Vitvytska - board member, responsible for micro, small and medium business.
Recently, Oschadbank introduced an updated 'My Credit Card' with no commission for popular operations. The bank's branch cashiers will not serve clients who refuse to provide their mobile number. The bank explained that this requirement is necessary to enhance the security of visitors.
