Biden initiates reform of the US Supreme Court.

US President Joe Biden has presented a draft reform of the US Supreme Court, proposing to limit the term of judges and introduce a mandatory code of ethics for the nine judges.
He also demands ratification of an amendment to the Constitution that limits the immunity of the president.
Biden's proposal for judicial reform may not pass Congress due to political differences, but Democrats hope it will help consolidate voters.
Democrats are outraged by Supreme Court decisions that have overturned precedents on abortion rights and federal regulatory authority.
Biden argues that the current situation is abnormal and undermines public trust in court decisions.
He proposes to abolish lifetime appointments of Supreme Court judges and set term limits for them. Biden also calls for the establishment of a judicial code of ethics and the reversal of a recent decision regarding the immunity of former presidents.
The president supports the idea of changing the composition of the court and ensuring greater predictability in the appointment process.
Biden will announce his proposal in detail during a speech at the LBJ Presidential Library.
Democrats also support this initiative, considering it 'critically important for democracy'.
