Drones attacked Lygov in the Kursk region.

On the night of June 21, explosions occurred in Lygov in the Kursk region, which Russians described as a drone attack. This information is reported by Glavcom, referencing Russian Telegram channels.
During the drone attack in Lygov, loud explosions were heard closer to midnight, while there was ground fire in response. The local air defense managed to repel the attack.
Presumably, there were hits, as the Russians are spreading videos showing impacts on an object.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, from 10:00 PM to 11:55 PM on June 20, 23 Ukrainian drones were destroyed: 6 over Kursk region, 15 over Belgorod region, and 2 over Voronezh region.
Drone attacks on industrial facilities
Earlier, a similar attack occurred at the Novorossiysk Azot plant in the Stavropol Krai of Russia. This plant is one of the large producers of nitrogen fertilizers and ammonia and is part of the EuroChem group.
The plant produces over 1 million tons of ammonia and 1.4 million tons of ammonium nitrate annually, as well as nearly 0.9 million tons of urea fertilizers.
Against this backdrop, on the morning of June 14, nighttime drone attacks on a catalyst plant in Novokuybyshevsk, Samara region, also became known. The governor confirmed the attack and noted that the plant was protected from destruction and casualties, however, videos show fire and smoke.
In situations of intense armed conflict and attacks on industrial facilities, careful attention to production safety and the protection of industrial enterprises becomes extremely important tasks for government and law enforcement agencies. The response to such events must be well thought out at the government level, as it can have serious consequences for the country's economy and overall security.
In recent days, several drone attacks on industrial facilities have occurred in Russia. This raises the issue of the need to improve security measures and protection against such attacks to prevent possible negative consequences for the economy and the civilian population.Read also
