Chmut explained why there will be no demobilization in the army.

The head of the 'Come Back Alive' fund on demobilization
The head of the 'Come Back Alive' fund, Taras Chmut, expressed his opinion on the situation regarding demobilization during the full-scale war. According to Chmut, we are currently in an active phase of the war, where every step is of great significance, and we cannot stop fighting, even for a short Time.
'Currently, the models of rotation and waves of mobilization that were possible earlier are not working. We either lose the war, and then all sacrifices will be in vain, or we continue to fight until we win,'
The official also emphasized that in the current conditions, there is no possibility to accurately plan demobilization or even rest for military personnel. It is a constant and exhausting process that does not allow for breaks.
Analysis
Due to the ongoing combat activities in the eastern part of the country, the issue of demobilization of military personnel becomes particularly relevant. It is important to understand the complexity of the situation and the interconnection of demobilization with the overall situation at the front. Currently, the search for a balance between the need for rest for the fighters and readiness to act at any moment in unforeseen circumstances comes to the forefront.
