Diia updated booking rules: the number of employees has changed.

Changes to the employee booking rules on the 'Diia' portal
Changes have been made to the employee booking rules on the 'Diia' portal. According to a statement from the press service on Telegram, companies can now also include military reservists who were officially mobilized after May 18, 2024, in the overall calculation. This will provide enterprises with more opportunities to book employees within the established limit.
'Previously, only those who were registered for military service and were not mobilized were taken into account. Now this category has been expanded to include those mobilized if they are officially employed,' the announcement states.
How the new system works: if previously there were 80 military reservists at the enterprise and it was possible to plan for 40 employees, then after adding 20 mobilized, the total workforce will be 100 individuals. Thus, the number of available booking slots will increase to 50.
Additionally, the recent changes exclude military reservists who already have bookings with other companies from the overall count.
Changes to the employee booking rules on the 'Diia' portal will allow companies to manage their workforce more flexibly and gain more opportunities for planning their activities. The innovations will simplify the process of selecting and booking employees, which will be beneficial for many enterprises and organizations.
