The NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte visited Ukraine, where he met with President Volodymyr Zelensky. During the meeting, security issues for the country and all of Europe were discussed. Zelensky thanked Rutte for the support he had provided to Ukraine during the period of Russian aggression. They also discussed cooperation between Ukraine and NATO countries, particularly the 'Ramstein' format, which is important to maintain and involve all partners. The President also emphasized the importance of cooperation with the USA and their role in negotiations with Russia. They visited the wounded defenders in Odesa.

Bulgaria refused to sell reactors to Ukraine for the Khmelnytskyi NPP. Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister Tanas Zafirov stated that the country must develop its nuclear energy, especially considering the rising electricity prices in the world. Bulgarian Energy Minister Zhecho Stankov confirmed that the decision to refuse to sell the reactors must be approved by the country’s parliament, and this decision has already been supported by the majority of the parties in the ruling coalition.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine struck a location of Russian occupiers involved in the missile strike on Sumy. The results of the strike are still being clarified. It is noted that the strike was carried out on the deployment point of the 448th missile brigade, where the detonation of ammunition was also recorded.
