Today, June 5, the draw for the first qualifying round of the 2026 European Championship for girls under 19 took place in Nyon. The Ukraine WU-19 team has been placed in League B, where it will compete alongside 24 teams, including debutant San Marino.

The teams were divided into six groups of four participants, with the group winners and the best second-placed team advancing to League A. Bosnia and Herzegovina will also participate in the qualifiers, having automatically qualified for the final tournament as the host nation.

Draw for League A and B

In group B3, alongside the Ukraine national team, there are Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and San Marino.

League A

  • Group A1: Portugal, Denmark, Iceland, Kosovo.
  • Group A2: Spain, Germany, Belgium, Faroe Islands.

League B

  • Group B1: Serbia, Montenegro, Cyprus, Armenia.

The second round of the qualifiers will take place on December 11, with matches continuing until April 22, 2026. Seven teams that perform successfully in this stage will join Bosnia and Herzegovina in the final stage of the tournament, which will conclude on July 10, 2026.

Let us remind you that on June 3, the Ukrainian national team completed the group stage of the Nations League with a match against Croatia.
