Russia struck Kyiv with missiles and Shaheds: terrible footage of the aftermath has been shown online.


Russia carried out a massive attack on Kyiv, using cruise missiles, kamikaze drones, and ballistic missiles. As a result, buildings were destroyed and many people were injured. 31 people are in the hospital, including 5 children, and 9 people have died. Rescuers continue to search for those trapped under the rubble, including two children who have not yet been found. The attacks targeted various districts of Kyiv, including Holosiivskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, and Podilskyi.
The strikes caused numerous fires in garages, administrative buildings, and non-residential premises. As a result of falling debris, cars and dry grass caught fire. Rescuers are working in 13 locations, employing engineering units, climbers, and search dogs to clear the rubble and locate people.
The mayor of Kyiv reported that Russia fired 'Kalibrs', ballistic missiles, and drones at the city. Official data from the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine indicates that 70 missiles of various types and 145 drones attacked Ukraine.
This horrific attack resulted in significant destruction and many casualties. Rescuers are making efforts to assist the victims and find people trapped under the rubble. The government is providing all necessary assistance, but the situation remains complicated and dangerous. We sympathize with the families of the deceased and wish the injured a speedy recovery.
It is important to emphasize that this brutal act of aggression by Russia once again shows how crucial it is to continue the struggle for the freedom and independence of Ukraine. Our country is facing great challenges, but we must remain united and respond to aggression with strength and determination.
