Intelligence assessed the real mobilization resource of Russia.

Mobilization in Russia: resource and problems
The mobilization resource of Russia is about 25 million people, but only 3 million citizens can be considered prepared for war, said the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Intelligence Service Oleg Ivashchenko.
“At the same Time, by the end of the year, more global economic problems will start in Russia due to the war in Ukraine,” he noted.
Ivashchenko emphasized that the entire mobilization resource includes individuals with military accounting or related specialties, but during the full-scale war, 1.3 million people have already been mobilized, and nearly a million have become victims of the conflict.
The head of the Foreign Intelligence Service also noted that only 20% of military equipment in the Russian army consists of modern systems, while the rest is outdated and has reduced capabilities.
“In terms of ammunition, they produce about 3 million shells of 122 mm and 152 mm calibers per year. Since the beginning of the war, they have taken six million shells already,” Ivashchenko informed.
According to him, the war is imposing its own imprint on the Russian economy, and the contract army system is fair for ordinary citizens but not beneficial for the country as a whole.
Thus, problems with labor resources and finances, as well as a possible crisis in energy and housing and utilities, may become serious challenges for Russia in the near future.
