Even more light. 'Ukrenergo' delivered good news.

Electricity consumption is gradually decreasing due to the decline in heat. This is reported by 'Ukrenergo'.
'Yesterday, July 28, as of 11:00 AM (unrestricted period), the consumption level was 2.3% lower than at the same Time on the previous Sunday, July 21,' the statement said.
Instead, today, July 29, as of 9:30 AM, electricity consumption is 6% lower than at the same time on July 25 (the previous unrestricted period). The reason for this was the decrease in temperature in certain regions.
Also, in the last two weeks, two nuclear power plant units have returned to operation, adding capacity to the system. Energy workers are actively conducting recovery and scheduled repair work in preparation for the winter period.
In particular, restriction measures today will be applied during the evening peak consumption period. From 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, one disconnection schedule will be applied.
Earlier, it became known that in Kyiv and Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, and Donetsk regions, power outage schedules will begin to operate from 6:00 PM.
Recall that the situation in the Ukrainian energy system will improve. At the same time, it is necessary to consider the threat of new enemy shelling, said Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko.
By the way, DTEK plans to return to operation 60-70% of the generation it lost as a result of massive Russian shelling this spring by October.
In addition, 'Ukrenergo' forecasts a decrease in power outages in August-October. The head of 'Ukrenergo', Volodymyr Kudrytskyi, noted that the electricity deficit in the Ukrainian energy system would gradually decrease during August, September, and October, provided there are no new large-scale shellings.
As reported, the National Energy Regulation Commission plans to change the formation of tariffs for electricity distribution from 2026. Instead of the current two voltage classes, there will be three.
