Syrskyi named the method that will help combat evasion of mobilization.

According to the information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, to bring about 6 million citizens to military service, digitization needs to be carried out. This measure will help identify those who evade conscription. Upon completion of the digitization process, the location of each citizen will be known.
According to the General Staff, since the beginning of the current year, 9,658 military registration cases have been initiated, which is practically as many as for the entire 2023 year. Many Ukrainians are in no hurry to pay fines. Debts may arise due to the untimely update of military registration, or failure to visit the military commissariat. For these violations, fines for individuals are set from 17 to 25 thousand hryvnias. Legal entities must pay even larger amounts. Bill No. 12093 provides for the possibility of receiving a 50% discount for voluntary payment of the fine. Additionally, a fine may be imposed for a conflict with the military commissariat on the street.
