What will the permission for Ukraine to use Western weapons on targets in the Russian Federation mean - Media.

Ukraine prepares to respond to the threat
Ukraine intends to strike a Russian airbase, ammunition depots, and other military targets if the West changes its policy on using long-range missiles against Russia. This was stated by a Ukrainian military source, which claims that such action is aimed at protecting Ukraine from possible attacks.
If Ukraine is allowed to use such missiles on Russian territory, Moscow will be forced to move its aviation to a greater distance, reducing the number of flights of the Russian Air Force. However, military analyst Larisa Brown notes that this will not change the course of the war, as Ukraine does not have enough of such missiles.
"This will allow us to prevent Russian strikes and ensure deterrence. It's all about accelerating the end of the war," said the Ukrainian military source.
However, the main danger associated with changing the policy of using long-range missiles by Ukraine is Russia's reaction. There are concerns that Putin might respond with the use of tactical nuclear weapons on the territory of Ukraine, which is a red line for NATO. So far, it is unclear how NATO will respond to this situation and what risk exists for global peace.
