The Times learned when Ukraine might receive Typhoon fighters from Britain.


The United Kingdom is ready to send Typhoon fighters to Ukraine after a ceasefire, reports The Times.
According to the publication, the Royal Air Force is considering the possibility of using Typhoon fighters to patrol Ukrainian airspace to ensure peace.
This mission is a logical step and will require many aircraft and air defense systems for their protection, said a senior official. However, analysts believe that providing fighters will be easier than deploying ground troops.
The Times reports that dozens of Typhoon fighters may be in Ukraine, ready to assist in the event of Russian attacks, while peacekeeping forces from the United Kingdom and other countries will be protecting the ground.
