Ukrainians were explained how to electronically submit documents about work experience to the PFU.


Pension Fund of Ukraine: submission of documents about work experience via the web portal
The Pension Fund of Ukraine reminded citizens about the possibility of submitting documents that confirm work experience until January 1, 2004, in electronic form without leaving home. To do this, you need to use the pension services web portal.
According to the PFU's website, the service allows uploading scanned copies of various documents, including a work book, military ID, full-Time education diploma, child's birth certificate, and other documents necessary for work experience.
When preparing documents, some requirements must be followed: scanning must be in color, file format - JPG or PDF, file size should not exceed 1 MB, each page of the document is recommended to be scanned separately.
According to PFU representatives, the new service will significantly simplify the process of submitting documents and save citizens time. After sending the documents, you can track the status of their processing in your personal account on the web portal.
Algorithm for submitting documents on the PFU web portal:
- Go to the official PFU web portal and log in using a qualified electronic signature.
- In the personal account, find the section "Communications with the PFU" and select the option "Information about work relations".
- Familiarize yourself with the document preparation instructions and click "Continue".
- Check your personal data and agree to the processing of personal data.
- Upload scans of prepared documents, selecting the document type from the list. After uploading all necessary documents, click "Sign and send to PFU" and wait for a message about successful sending.
- To track the status of document processing, go to the "My appeals" section in your personal account.
