Ukrainians have been warned about a possible increase in queues at the border with Poland.
The State Border Service of Ukraine reported on Telegram that passenger traffic at the border between Ukraine and Poland has decreased, but it may increase in the first week of the year.
'Currently, no increase in passenger traffic in the Lviv region is recorded. It is expected that traffic may rise in the first week of the year,' the message states.
The border service emphasized that to ensure smooth operation of the checkpoints, the number of border patrols has been increased.
Citizens are advised to monitor the state of queues at the border through the electronic services of the State Border Service.
