Ukrainian Olympian Criticized Former NOC President for Awarding Russian.

Ukrainian skeleton racer Vladyslav Heraskevych expressed his outrage regarding the awarding of Russian gymnast Daria Varfolomeeva at the Olympics in Paris.
The athlete, although competing for Germany, has pro-Russian views, as she was born in Russia, did not condemn the war in Ukraine, and even participated in competitions in occupied Crimea, which is a violation of Ukrainian law. Additionally, a photo was found online where Varfolomeeva poses against a map with annexed territories of Ukraine.
Heraskevych noted that Olympic champion Serhiy Bubka awarded the Russian from Barnaul, Daria Varfolomeeva, at the Olympic Games in Paris and ignores her stance on the war.
