The Cabinet of Ministers approved new crossing rules for young men
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved new rules for crossing the state border for men aged 18 to 25 during martial law. This was announced by the government representative in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk, on his page in Telegram.
According to the new regulations, the right to cross the border is granted to men who have served under contract in the Armed Forces of Ukraine or in intelligence agencies.
Importantly, this applies only to those individuals who had not served in the military before signing the contract, except for basic training.
To cross the border, it is necessary to comply with the established rules and have the appropriate documents. Among them is a certificate issued by the commander of the military unit, the head of the territorial recruitment center, or the intelligence agency of the Ministry of Defense. The certificate must indicate the details of the contract.
In addition, the presence of a military registration document is mandatory.
Previously, the Cabinet of Ministers introduced a new system for crossing the border for humanitarian aid drivers.
