In Ukraine, a job search service in military units will be launched through Reserve+.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced the launch of a new recruitment service in the 'Reserve+' application in October 2024.
This was reported by Kateryna Chornogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization.
The new service will allow users to choose military positions that best match their experience, skills and preferences. Importantly, both combat and non-combat vacancies will be available.
Key features of the new service:
- Personalized job matching based on user questionnaire
- Detailed job descriptions, including information about brigades and their command
- Convenient interface for quickly selecting and saving interesting offers
'We set ourselves an ambitious goal so that the Reserve+ application, in addition to the basic function of data updating, would become a tool where a conscript, recruit, or reservist could solve their issues in a few clicks,' said Chornogorenko.
Recall that the 'Reserve+' application started its work in May 2024. During this Time, more than 3 million Ukrainians have used the application to update their data and obtain an electronic military document.
Additionally, three categories of Ukrainians will be able to get a deferral from mobilization in Reserve+.
