As of February 16, 2025, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine updated data on the losses of Russian occupiers.
Russia's losses in the war as of February 16, 2025
According to information obtained as of February 16, Russian occupiers have suffered the following losses:
- personnel - about 858390 (+1730) persons,
- tanks - 10073 (+5) units,
- combat armored vehicles - 21011 (+84) units,
- artillery systems - 23185 (+11) units,
- MLRS - 1283 (+0) units,
- air defense systems - 1067 (+0) units,
- aircraft - 370 (+0) units,
- helicopters - 331 (+0) units,
- operational-tactical UAVs - 25377 (+36) units,
- cruise missiles - 3063 (+0) units,
- ships/boats - 28 (+0) units,
- submarines - 1 (+0) unit,
- automotive and tank trucks - 37456 (+77) units,
- special equipment - 3749 (+2) units.
Activity of the occupiers' fleet as of February 16
- In the Black Sea, enemy ships are absent;
- In the Sea of Azov, enemy ships are absent;
- In the Mediterranean Sea, enemy ships are absent.
Over the past day, in the interests of the Russian Federation, the following have passed through the Kerch Strait:
- to the Black Sea - 5 vessels, of which 1 continued to move towards the Bosporus Strait;
- to the Sea of Azov - 0 vessels.
Currently, the 1089th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine is ongoing.
