Defending Ukraine in the ranks of the Third Tank Brigade. Let’s remember Yuriy Maloid.

Every day at 9 am, Ukrainians honor the memory of the victims of war. Today we remember Yuriy Maloid.
On March 16, 2025, serviceman Yuriy Mykhailovych Maloid, a resident of Rava-Ruska, passed away. This was reported with reference to the Rava-Ruska City Council, according to 'Glavkom'.
Yuriy was born on April 15, 1982. He graduated from Rava-Ruska General Secondary Education Institution I-III levels No. 1 and Rava-Ruska Vocational Lyceum.
In 2022, he joined the Third Tank Brigade as a volunteer to defend Ukraine. However, due to injuries sustained, he was forced to leave military service.
Yuriy Maloid was buried in the Rava-Ruska city cemetery.
He is survived by his father and sister.
'Glavkom' also joins in a moment of silence, honoring all who have died in the struggle for the Homeland. We remember the victims of Russian invaders, lighting candles of memory and bowing our heads in sorrow during the nationwide moment of silence to honor the memory of Ukrainian citizens who lost their lives for our freedom and independence. We remember all soldiers, civilians, and children, all who perished during the fight against Russian occupiers and as a result of the attack of hostile troops on Ukrainian cities and villages.
