Ukraine U-21 team will hold sparring matches with top opponents.
The Ukrainian youth team will prepare for the 2025 European Championship with friendly matches against top national teams. As part of the preparation for the final part of the Youth Euro-2025, Unai Melgosa's team will play against peers from Portugal and Italy. This is reported by the official UAF website.
Both sparring matches will take place away in November.
Portugal - Ukraine: preparation for Euro-2025
It is known that the meeting with the Portuguese will be held on November 15th. The friendly match will take place in the Lisbon district of Alverca do Ribatejo and will start at 19:30 Kyiv Time.
Italy - Ukraine: outcomes of the preparation for Euro-2025
And the Italy - Ukraine match will take place in Spezia on November 19th. The sparring at the Alberto Picco stadium will start at 19:15.
Recall that the Ukrainian football team has started the selection for the Women's European Championship 2025. They played their first match against the Kosovo team.
Previously, it became known that the Ukrainian youth team lost to the Serbs and qualified for Euro-2025 from second place in the group, allowing peers from England to take the first place.
