Hail and heavy rain — forecasters have warned about the weather for today.

Today, Friday, cloudy weather with clearings is expected. Forecasters warn of heavy rain and thunderstorms throughout Ukraine.

According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center and meteorologist Natalia Didenko, on this day rain will pass in all regions, except for the extreme east. In Transcarpathia and Prycarpattia, heavy precipitation is possible, while significant rain is forecasted in Odesa, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, and Zhytomyr regions.

In the daytime, thunderstorms can be expected across the country, and in the Left Bank region, hail and wind gusts of up to 15-20 m/s are even possible. Air temperature will reach +29...+34 °C in the south and east, +21...+26 °C in the rest of the territory, and up to +21 °C in the west.

Natalia Didenko warns that today rain will cover the entire country, except for the southern regions. The heaviest precipitation is expected in the west. Air temperature will vary from +23 °C in the west to +35 °C in the east.
