The USA has received peace conditions from Kyiv: Kellogg described what the USA expects from the Kremlin.

The USA has received conditions from Ukraine to end the war
U.S. Special Envoy for Ukraine Keith Kellogg reported on Fox News that Washington expects a list of conditions from Moscow to end the conflict. He emphasized that pressure should be applied on Russia to establish a negotiation process.
Great to be with @foxandfriends @charliehurt this morning. This war needs to end. The killing needs to stop. President Trump @POTUS has it right.
Kellogg also noted that a possible next meeting with the Russian side may take place in Geneva. He indicated that attempts to hold negotiations in the Vatican were rejected by Moscow.
The U.S. representative emphasized that the number of casualties in the Russo-Ukrainian war has reached 1.2 million, exceeding U.S. losses during World War II. Kellogg called for an end to this violence and stated that 'this is mass murder.'
Negotiations between Ukraine and Russia
Ukraine is considering the possibility of using the Vatican for negotiations with Russia, but Moscow has rejected this. Recent data indicates that a prisoner exchange under the formula '1000 for 1000' took place between the countries, but the document with conditions from the RF has not yet arrived.
Three-party negotiations took place in Istanbul between the delegations of Ukraine, the USA, and Turkey, as well as direct negotiations between Kyiv and Moscow with the participation of Turkey, which were the first since 2022.
