Power Outage: How the Schedules Will Operate on October 4.

Tomorrow, October 4, measures to limit electricity consumption are not forecasted. This is reported by the press service of "Ukrenergo".
"Tomorrow, on Friday, consumption limiting measures are not planned. Please use powerful electrical appliances during daytime hours - from 10:00 to 16:00," the message states.
Let us recall, the UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine predicts that this winter Ukrainians should expect power outages lasting from four to 18 hours per day.
It is worth noting, officials in the government state that there will be no problems with energy supply in Ukraine until the end of October and in November. They also express hope that this winter will also pass with almost no outages, like last year.
Construction of the Third Level of Passive Protection
The State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development has begun construction of the third level of passive protection at NNEGC "Ukrenergo" substations, but international partners do not see the feasibility of financing such an expensive project before testing this technology. Former head of "Ukrenergo" Volodymyr Kudrytskyi previously stated that Ukraine's energy facilities will have three levels of protection in the form of engineering fortifications in case of Russian attacks.
Support from the European Commission and G7 Countries
Moreover, the European Commission is working on increasing the maximum volume of electricity supply to Ukraine. G7 countries and other partners have collected over $4 billion for the restoration of Ukraine's energy infrastructure since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion.
